I want to ask, whenever, I attend the discourse of ISKON, I mostly find people, who are settled, earning, aged people.
Does ISKON provides any Discourse for Young people, student level, aged 20+, who wanted to learn more and even can contribute more in future?

I understand how you felt because I have a friend who felt a bit not comfortable with the group of persons who were in the same Iskcon centre as him.
ISKCON provides an ashram, a place where people can learn about the philosophy of Krsna Consciousness and put it in practice in association of other devotees. Association of devotees is most recommended in Kali Yuga because it is a degraded age, where there are many dangers.
His divine grace, A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada has explained however, that it is the philosophy and books which are very important.
"Distribution of books and magazines is our most important activity. Without books, our preaching has no solid basis."
Therefore, if you do not feel comfortable with being part of ISKCON centre now, then get some books of Swami Prabhupada and please read them. These books contain transcendental knowledge which help us in our daily life.
Chanting hare krsna and prasadam is also most important.
Do not hesitate to ask questions to devotees or myself if there are other things you want to know.
