Hare Krishna! Not sure if there are such specific instructions in Vedas other than the general ones,
Here is the best of what I like to do:
1. Read SB or participate in lectures
2. Praise Krishna and chant maha-mantra
3. Perform Krishna conscious service
I think the main idea is to keep yourself from distractions of material world, unless of course these activities are Krishna conscious and involve service to Supreme Personality of Godhead.
Of course if you are seeking more specialized instructions on how to spend your evening I suggest finding a spiritual advisor who is a Vaishnava and has proper qualifications to provide you advice specific to your needs.
All Glories to our spiritual masters, lord Caytainya, his 6 Goswamis, Prabhupad, and all devotees providing perpetual devotional service to our glorious and most charming Krishna ki jai!
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna

Hare Krishna.
Your servant.
Guru gaurangga das.
Do Harinaam or Nagar Sankirtan. Second choice, join a group of people doing Hari Naam Sankirtan. Perhaps at local ISKCON/Krishna temple.
