PAMHO.
Diksha is taking initiation from a live guru. The pre requirement for this is - one has to chant 16 rounds of mahamantra daily and follow 4 regulative principles.
Once one takes diksha, one continues to do the above. If one is interested and has the time, one can render services to temple and/ or spiritual master.
If you want to know how to take diksha, you could contact your nearest ISKCON temple.
