Hare Krishna Prabhuji, Dandavat Pranam. All glories to Srila Prabhupada
No difference , both are Vishnu Tattva. Vishnu is another name of Krishna as Rama , Narayana,Hari,Madhava,Keshava,Vasudeva etc.
These are verses from Bhagavad Gita. Where Arjuna is addressing Krishna as Vishnu. Actually Vishnu has 1000 names ref. Vishnu Sahasranama of Mahabharata. Among them Krishna is chief because in Krishna aspect supreme lord manifest all the 64 qualities, thats why Krishna is called Purna purusottam.
BG 11.24: O all-pervading Vishnu, seeing You with Your many radiant colors touching the sky, Your gaping mouths, and Your great glowing eyes, my mind is perturbed by fear. I can no longer maintain my steadiness or equilibrium of mind.
BG 11.30: O Vishnu, I see You devouring all people from all sides with Your flaming mouths. Covering all the universe with Your effulgence, You are manifest with terrible, scorching rays.
Stretched on his bed of arrows, that tiger among men, Bhishma, with pure heart and joined palms, thought of Krishna in mind, word, and act. With a cheerful and strong voice he hymned the praise of the slayer of Madhu, that master of yoga, with the lotus in his navel, that lord of the universe, called Vishnu . With joined hands, that foremost of eloquent men, that puissant one, viz., Bhishma of highly virtuous soul, thus praised Vasudeva.
‘O Krishna, O foremost of Beings, be thou pleased with these words which I utter, in brief and in detail, from desire of hymning thy praises. Thou art pure and purity’s self. Thou transcendest all. Thou art what people say to be THAT. Thou art the Supreme Lord. With my whole heart I seek thy refuge, O universal Soul and Lord of all creatures!
Thou art without beginning and without end. Thou art the highest of the high and Brahman. Neither the gods nor the Rishis know thee. The divine Creator, called Narayana or Hari, alone knows thee(you mean Krishna). Through Narayana, the Rishis, the Siddhas, the great Nagas, the gods, and the celestial Rishis know a little of thee.
Thou art called Hari, of a thousand heads, a thousand feet, a thousand eyes, a thousand arms, a thousand crowns, and a thousand faces of great splendour. Thou art(You are) called Narayana, divinity, and the refuge of the universe.

Lord Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. From Him comes Lord Balarama. From Lord Balarama come 4 other Incarnations like Annirudha, Sankarshana, Pradyumna and (forgot :) will tell later )
And Lord Vishnu comes from one of this incarnations. In this way Lord Vishnu is also Krishna but Their difference:
Krishna has main 64 qualities but
Lord Vishnu main 60.
In this way Lord Krishna is Supreme! :)
