4:15-5:00 Mangala Arati

5:00-7:00 Japa with full concentration sitting in the Temple room with other Devotees.

7:00-Govindam Adi Purusham

7:05-7:30 (or even tille 8:00) Guru Puja, ecstatic Kirtan

7:30-8:30- Nectarous Lecture of Srimad Bhagavatam

8:30 or 9:00-9:30- Breakfast

after this in some Temples there are some more classes, in some Temples most of Brahmacharis go out for Book distribution, nearly at 14:00-15:00 ecstatic lunch Prasadam

after that in some Temples there are at 16:00 again Darshan of Deities and Kirtan. Evening class

nearly at 19:00 or 20:00 a glass of hot milk with chapatti or in some Temples kichri

nearly at 20:30 LIGHTS TURN OFF-END OF THE DAY! TAKE REST IN ORDER AGAIN TO GET READY FOR A NEW DAY!

Brahmachari does not talk with young girls or even should avoid to look to their side. except the time when there is an emergency of some particular service given by Senior Devotees.

Get up at 3.00 am

Complete your nitya karmas by 3.45 am

Keep your Japa kshetra ready clean the previous day it self.

Your Japa Kshetra should be surrounded with Images of Bhagavan Ji and His pass times.

You should chant loud so that you can hear it too.

You should read Bhagavad Gita or the Bhagavatas simultaneously under today's conditions of distractions so that you are not only seeing Bhagavan Ji in the form of His images who are non different from Him, you are also reading the B.G or S.Bhagavatas which are He Himself while your mind visualizes His activities through such reading and your fingers roll on the beads of Tulasi Mala.

Perform this till 6 to 6.30 am and then go ahead with your material responsibilities as assimilation of mundane knowledge which is only subsequent to your primary responsibility of gaining spiritual knowledge which you are doing diligently between 4 - 6 am.

Light the diya, incense, perform Mangalarthi, offer Bhog and partake Prasadam.

Have bath in the evening and repeat the same in the evening

While in your mundane condition DO NOT Interact with females.

Maha Maya's thank less duty compels Her to try an entice you through any female member. If Bhagavan Chaitanya Maha Prabhu used to avoid females (as a demo of course) during those days, what to speak about now where you see sex any side you see. Both with in homes and outside every where.

If you are constrained to interact with females keep in your top of the mind recall that the so called female is just another defaulting Jiva in a Sakti sarira while you are in a Linga sarira. Finish the purpose of the interaction and return back to the primary state of your mind which is fixed unto the Divine Lotus Feet of Bhagavan Sri Sri Radhe Sri Krishna Chandra. Remain that way.

Apart from gaining spiritual knowledge which is the only duty of the Brahmachari along with Pure Devotional Service, it is also the duty to visualize the perils of Grahasta life and avoid it like plague (I am speaking out of experience).

Most activities of Grihastas are colossal tolerances on Bhagavan Sankarshana and Team. You can even feel that especially when you know that.

Don't get into it.

Straight away move to Sanyasa and don’t come back after leaving this body.

During the course of your life you will be granted the terms of surrender unto The Divine Lotus Feet of Bhagavan Ji by Bhagavan Ji Himself through various media.. You must be always attentive to catch the signals, hints, messages, signs, knowledge and all. Enlighten as many jivas/ give wake up calls to as many jivas before you go.

While interacting with Grihastas let be a constant reminder as to what not to get into and also enlighten both the components of the Grihasthas to realize their true identities, look at themselves as existent in a Sadhana Kshrstra, perform Devotional Service and leave the mundane in complete certainty of non return, there by devoiding Bhagavan Sankarshana of repetitive tolerances.

Live the way a Lotus exists in shmuck before it withers and get out of here for good.
