Hare Krsna dear devotees
I have formed a question from the first sloka of the tenth canto. Please try to answer it.
" sri-rajovaca
kathito vamsa-vistaro
bhavata soma-suryayoh
rajnam cobhaya-vamsyanam
caritam paranadhutam "
Srimad-Bhagavatam 10.1.1
Although the planetary systems are so arranged that the sun comes first, before the moon.
Why does Pariksit Maharaja mention the moon-god before the sun-god ?

Hare Krsna
Pariksit Maharaja wanted to hear more about the soma-vamsa because that was the dynasty in which Krsna had appeared.
He gave more respect to the dynasty of the moon-god being naturally a devotee of Krsna.
SB 10.1.1 Purport adaptation
Śrīdhara Svāmī, the original commentator on Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, explains:
“soma-vamśa-prādhānyāt pūrvam uktam”
Because the lunar dynasty is more prominent in relation to Lord Kṛṣṇa’s appearance, Parīkṣit Mahārāja mentions Soma first.
Thus, spiritual prominence overrides the physical sequence of planetary arrangement.
Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura’s Commentary (Sārārtha-darśinī ṭīkā)
Viśvanātha Cakravartī further deepens the point:
Parīkṣit Mahārāja’s eagerness to hear about Śrī Kṛṣṇa’s divine līlās made him automatically give priority to the lunar dynasty, since that is where the Lord manifests.
The sun may come first in the universe, but Kṛṣṇa’s dynasty comes first in a devotee’s heart.
