as i heard and if i do not make mistake Shri Ramanuja acharya established the Personal form of the Lord. That He is a person.
But Achintya beda a beda Tattva which was taught by Lord Chaitanya says that Lord has form also He has not form. So He has Brahman effulgence formless and also Personality.
