Haribol,
Thanks to ISKCON and totalveg.com for all the receipes.
I have a request for all you great cooks out there, I really enjoy cooking and despite the vast reciepes put forward I am struggling to put together a weekly menu for breakfast / lunch and dinner menu so for a full 7 days.
Is there any chance anyone has one or could write one out for me,I will then go and research the required ingredients, its just that with the huge choice I available on these sites I am struggling.
I am a 31 yr old male who works so time is always of the essence so recipes that are quick i.e. 30mins to 1hr max cooking would be great and eternally appreciated. I like tasty dishes that are flavoursome, nutrious, not overly fatty and I also love sweet.
Please help
Thanks in advance.

Hare Krishna, great to see your enthusiasm for cooking.
Here are examples of breakfasts and meals that we do:
1. Bambino Vermicelli with Green Bell peppers
2. Besan Chilla - chikpea Flour pancakes
3. Uttapam - Semolina or suji pancakes.
4. Paranthas - aloo, gobi, mooli, matar
5. Upma - semolina or suji salty soufle, with veggies like carrots, peas and green bell pepper.
there is no end to things you can do or make.
Now coming to meals:
Dals there are so many you can make one every day so you would have variety. vegetables here we go:
Rajma,
Chickpea or chooley
Black eyed peas
Palak Paneer
Just paneer with tomato cream gravy
Matar Paneer (i'm saying paneer dishes as there not much cutting and cooking required and make very quickly)
Spinach potato
Spinach Dal
Methi Aloo
Carrots and peas (dry)
Cauliflower and Potatoes (dry)
Different types of Squash (sitafal etc. dry )
Aloo Green bell pepper (dry)
Aloo matar(gravy or dry) again i could spend an entire day writing stuff that you can make.
The enthusiasm should be there for cooking, which we do lack sometimes. I guarantee that all of these dishes and meals will taste delicious without onion and garlic. Spices should play the main role in cooking, that is what will bring out the real flavor.
All the Best and Hari Bol.
Example, from Yatra Menu:
for breakfast:
Poha rice:

and drink: http://totalveg.com/turmeric-tea/9531
---------------------------------------------
Lunch:
Chapati out of atta,
dhal http://totalveg.com/mung-dal/431
rice (simple boiled white rice) http://totalveg.com/simple-boiled-rice/9214
lemon rice http://totalveg.com/piquant-lemon-rice/9104
Sabji: http://totalveg.com/savory-chickpeas-in-tangy-tomato-glaze/9161
Sabji 2: http://totalveg.com/apple-salad/8657 http://totalveg.com/braised-brussel-sprouts/8816
Sweet: http://totalveg.com/carob-peanut-butter-halava/8022

Dinner:
http://totalveg.com/puffed-rice-snack/913 or
kichri
Usually for breakfast is given light grains, some times dosa, idli.
And hot drinks like ginger tea, tomato soup...
But lunch is full:
Plain rice with dhal. Rice with vegetables or lemon rice. Two types of sabjis along with chapatis. And followed by sweet.
But this is for those who are completely healthy. But if someone suffers from indigestion one should select what to take and what not to take.
We should also see our dosa. If the kapha dosa is imbalanced then food should be always light.
If pitta is imbalanced then food should be cooling.
And if vata then food should be pulling down which means grains.
