Hare krishna, Please take my humble obeiences, All Gloriourious to Srila Prabhupada.I want to know about the vadic varnasram system.Is it follow by birth?(That means one become a brahman, a khatriya, a vaisya or a sudra by birth).Please explain.Hare Krishna.

Varnashram system is as per guna and karma as explained by Lord Krsna in Gita. Chaturvarna maya srstam guna karma vibhagashah....
In Kaliyuga, all are born shudras. By our karma, we become any of the other varnas.

i am a student of law , so in hindu law subject so many question are arises.
in ancient vedic period anyone born in sudra family but is he may be a Brahman or not? is yes then please give a example .i am really sorry because of my exam i can not continue in conversation .
