"The contact information is very important and has a deadline: After you send us your information, we have to contact them and ask them to write a vyas puja offering for the open Vyasa Puja SP Tributes Book. These offerings must be received by April 15th, which means we need your information asap.
Most important is an email address; next in preference would be a telephone number, etc. Some of these devotees are deceased, but we need a contact to someone close to them who can write a devotee-style obituary for them which I will see gets into the Bhaktivedanta Archives. We Srila Prabhupada disciples are now part of the history of ISKCON and will be remembered in the Archives."
