What objection do you have to ring the bell while offering bhoga? Yahi vidhi hai, thakurji ko pasand hai, agar app unki khushi ke liye karna chahte hain to unke hisaab se karne mein kya aapatti hai? (This is the process, if you are offering bhoga to please the lord, then what is the objection to follow the method prescribed the by the lord Himself?)
There is a story of Vrindavan - that once the lord went with his Gopa friends to steal butter in someone's house. He gave specific instructions to the bells to not ring - so that they are not caught. The bells didnt ring when the lord broke the pot of butter, they didnt ring when the lord offered butter to His friends, but the moment the lord put the butter in his mouth, the bells rang. When asked, they said - the lord is eating, bells HAVE to ring.
If you do not have bells while offering bhoga, you can clap your hands or tap your fingers to something nearby so as to make some sound like bells.
Thakurji bhaav ke bhuke hain, ghanti ke nahi - agar bhav hai to sab kuch maaf hai, par agar bhaav hai, to thakurji ko khush karne ka bhaav kyun nahin... apni baat manvane ka bhaav kyun? (The lord is bhaav grahi - He accepts our feelings and emotions, but if we are offering with feelings, then why we do not have the feeling to do anythng for His happiness?)
The story of the lord accepting bhoga from Mira bai, does not mean that Mirabai deliberately did not use the bell. It shows the mercy of the lord, who accepts the pure love, not the paraphernalia.
Bhog bina ghanti ke nhi lag sakta hai agar lagane ka bhav ho lagane ka nai khilane ka bhav ho to. Meera bai ki kheer thakur ji ne khai thi bina ghanti ke

I hope I have been able to explain.
