When we understand them the first thing is that these laws hold true for both organic and inorganic matter .Now my query is does organic matter be identified with soul (spiritual spark plus DNA/RNA/NUCLEOTIDES) or just DNA/RNA????

If you are searching for scientific explanation of Soul, then Quantum Physics has the answer in the form of Consciousness.
Quantum is the minutest breakdown of matter in the planck scale(in the order of 10 to the power of -33 cms). In that magnitude, particles of matter are seen as waves. So, our human body and everything that is physical, according to quantum physics, is not physical but are waves and in the presence of an observer(conscious being), the waves collapses into physical objects. That is, our consciousness makes everything appear as what they are(physical objects). So, ultimately, the ground of everything is consciousness or The Soul. This is in accordance with Vedanta.

Are you asking about Body, Spirit and Soul?
YES
There are many sampradayas which believe in that. But when it comes to spirit and soul, these are subtle elements and hence can be divided further. Krishna in Bhagavatam told to Uddhava that since these are subtle elements, they could be divided and understood in many ways. But the underlying reality is same.
