Plzz clearify when to not pluck tulsi leaves and when to not water tulsi Maharani .....is that we can water tulsi maharani on ekadashi and fasting festival like janmashtami etc.

Try to offer tulasi maharani water before day itself.
Avoid water, plucking Tulasi devi ji on Ekadashi day, dwadashi day and fasting days.
Avoid plucking on all sundays'
If you have to offer Tulasi ji on ekdashi day or janmastami day... before day itself pluck and keep some manjari's ready for offering.
Avoid going near to Tulasi devi ji at night times and avoid plucking tulasi majari's at night and eveneings.
