How much time should be allocated for practising KC,JOB, and material progress. Material Progress
doesnt mean earning more than required but earning sufficient to fulfill family needs. I have big family which is expecting income from me. I know devotees who manage time for both devotional service and family. But I am unable to manage everything like daily reading books, attending temple, etc. What I am doing is just chanting 16 rounds and not doing any thing else.Even if I have time I feel like tired and want to relax, what should I do to improve my chanting and not let any material thoughts occupy my brain while chanting?

Aakash Menon Prabhu, please could You let us know if Your family members are Devotees! If no then somehow we have to try to preach to them and make them Devotees.
Then things will get easy. for example they will take care of Deities at home and serve to Tulasi Maharani. In this way Your home will be Vaikuntha.
Why You have to maintain them if they do not want to serve to Krishna???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Let them also chant the Holy Names then You will be in bliss to serve to them by maintaining them.
If You are married then You have to become a Guru to Your wife and help her to become Krishna Conscious.
If You are only son yet, then You should try to be like Lord Kapila Dev who thought His Mother Devahuti and made her a pure Devotees.

You have to give rest to Your body it is normal. You have to eat nice food to maintain healthy body.
And also You can have small counter and chant the Holy Names in Your mind when You are at Your job place.
And if You chant the Holy Names at Your job place, on the way, ...at home then You are 24 hours in Krishna Consciousness. THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT.
The main purpose is TO ALWAYS REMEMBER KRISHNA & NEVER FORGET HIM.
externally we may do so many jobs but internally we have to chant the Holy Names.

Humble obeisances
I guess you are working around 8-9 hours everyday for 5-6 days a week. You are still left 14 hours a day everyday. You use 2 hours for chanting, that leaves you with 12 hours a day for rest of your activities. After 6 hours of sleep and 2 hours of other chores, you are still left with 4 hours. Using 2 hours for adhoc activities which are required one or the other time, you are still left with 2 hours. These 2 hours you can utilise for hearing and reading everyday and attending mangal arati if possible. Also Please try to visit the temple during sunday feasts and take association.
For improving chanting, during chanting you have to do only chanting.Forget everything else, including your job, your material life,what someone told you in daytime and what you are going to do that day, just forget everything else. At the time of chanting, shut down everything else and keep that time exclusively for yourself and Krsna. It is a personal meeting between you and Krsna and hence you should give your full attention to chanting only.You should take every day as this day is your last day and chant as if that moment someone has kept a gun on ur temple and said, he will count 3 and then shoot. The way you will chant at that time, that is the way you should chant all the time and remember Krsna all the time.Actually, life is so uncertain, we never know what may happen next. So please remember if you take chanting seriously and take Krsna consciousness seriously then Krsna will protect you for sure.
