    Your servant,

  • Hare Krsna Mata Ji ! Please accept my humble obeisances. I suggest u must purchase "Leela Purshotam" books from Iskcon and must read one chapter per day until it will be completed and also advice must read this chapter loudly, so the bady also hear that sound and if possible chanting 16 round or not u may must complete 1 round of chanting loudly everyday. All this chanting and other things called Garbh Sanskar of baby..

    Hare krsna

    First off congratulations!

    Secondly,

I highly suggest listen to Srila Prabhupada singing / chanting / lecturing in addition to what you plan to do and what Rajesh Prabhu adviced. Please chant and read loudly and clearly as frequently as possible both for your benefit and the child's benefit. Everything travels through sound vibrations, so speaking is of utmost importance and if it not possible then ask someone to read or chant for you. Finally, just think of Krsna and his various sweet leelas.

I wish you all the very best.

    Gaura Prema Anande Haribol!!!

      • In a mother's womb were two babies. One asked the other: "Do you believe in life after delivery?" The other replies, "why, of course. There has to be something after delivery. Maybe we are here to prepare ourselves for what we will be later. "Nonsense," says the other. "There is no life after delivery. What would that life be?" "I don't know, but there will be more light than here. Maybe we will walk with our legs and eat from our mouths." The other says "This is absurd! Walking is impossible. And eat with our mouths? Ridiculous. The umbilical cord supplies nutrition. Life after delivery is to be excluded. The umbilical cord is too short." "I think there is something and maybe it's different than it is here." the other replies, "No one has ever come back from there. Delivery is the end of life, and in the after-delivery it is nothing but darkness and anxiety and it takes us nowhere." "Well, I don't know," says the other, "but certainly we will see mother and she will take care of us." "Mother??" You believe in mother? Where is she now? "She is all around us. It is in her that we live. Without her there would not be this world." "I don't see her, so it's only logical that she doesn't exist." To which the other replied, "sometimes when you're in silence you can hear her, you can perceive her." I believe there is a reality after delivery and we are here to prepare ourselves for that reality.

Hare Krishna dandvats Mataji. Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. I feel each shloka of Grantharaj Srimad Bhagavatam is very potent being a spotless Puran and can be used as prayers by us accordingly the below text is good for having smooth delivery of the new baby (http://vedabase.net/sb/1/8/9/en)

    TRANSLATION

Uttarā said: O Lord of lords, Lord of the universe! You are the greatest of mystics. Please protect me, for there is no one else who can save me from the clutches of death in this world of duality.

    PURPORT

This material world is the world of duality, in contrast with the oneness of the absolute realm. The world of duality is composed of matter and spirit, whereas the absolute world is complete spirit without any tinge of the material qualities. In the dual world everyone is falsely trying to become the master of the world, whereas in the absolute world the Lord is the absolute Lord, and all others are His absolute servitors. In the world of duality everyone is envious of all others, and death is inevitable due to the dual existence of matter and spirit. The Lord is the only shelter of fearlessness for the surrendered soul. One cannot save himself from the cruel hands of death in the material world without having surrendered himself at the lotus feet of the Lord.
