Hare krishna prabhuji's and mataji's
I have a little dought
what is reason behind The temple entrances facing towards east, and
what is reason behind the lying deity head towards south side.
I am very eager to know about this ,
please give a proper answer for this Q.

Usually in Radha Krishna Temple Deities do not lie down maybe You are talking about Maha Vishnu Temples of South India, no?
If it is about one Temple in Sri Rangam then Lord Himself told Vibishan to go to Lanka and rule the kingdom where as Vibishan wanted to stay back at the Temple and serve the Deity. Then Lord told that I will put my head towards the side of Lanka just because you know that I love you or something like that.

Yes, mataji about lord Vishnu. All most all old temples face towards east,
so my doubt is what might be the reason facing towards east?
another Q is that if it is a significance then now all ISKON temples fallowing constructed in this way?

As i know ISKCON Temple in Mira Road Mumbai is little opposite to East, doors open to the North....
In Mayapur also Lord Narasimha dev stands back to East i think and looks to West...
and door of new Temple is looking to South and Deities will face also to South standing back to North...
I am not sure, just by memory calculating...
So usually according to Vaastu Shastra better if Deities stand back to East or North and face to West or South and Devotees pay obeisances to East or North.
But in one Temple in Radha Kund Gopal Deity Himself wanted that early morning when Sun rises rays should fall to His face so door of that Temple opens to East and Sun light enters to the Temple and touches the face of Gopal.
