The reason why bad thoughts come back.

From quite a long time I have been chanting and studying properly. Regularly in the early morning. But 2-3 days ago i missed 2 days of chanting and now it is getting very hard to start reading BG again since I am getting these bad thoughts again. I am also getting a lot of anger very frequently again. So what should we do to avoid them and chant with determination. Also how can I chant with better quality. 

Is the reason for these thoughts we get again and again are our past accumulated thingsin our mind or that happens when we are commtting offences against holy name and devotees, how to know what is the cause? To correct it.

-One last thing, am I the only one who thinks these spams have increased a lot from sometime.

              Ok mataji, but It becomes very tough even today it was very difficult for me to convince my mother that I want to go to iskcon for new year special lecture. Mostly I am not allowed to do that how should I engage with devotees in such times?

                I am in USA. I have no one to restrict like you have mother to say no to your going to iskcon.

                I can go to iskcon,I can associate but still there is restriction for me.

                because the ISKCON temples are very far from my place. To go it takes one hour in the traffic. and to come back it takes another hour.

                I visit once a month.

                All I do is to associate with Srila Prabhupada books and use Youtube as a medium  to get association from amogh leela prabhu ji, Amerendra das prabhu ji and many other great people who are all my friends on youtube. They don't know me but I know them very well.  laughing  so my friends and devotee associates are so great ..aha I am such a happy soul. Many thanks to Krishna who provided me with such a great association. Haan 2 tarfa discussion nahi ho paata bas. 2 tarfa discussion toh sirf IDT  ke madhyam se ho paa raha hai with you all.

                  Understood Mataji , I will also read properly and listen to lectures. I also got krsna book now when I visited temple. Finally I will read it everyday.
