Hare Krsna, Dear devotees.
Are you all ready to lose materially everything from now, as KRSNA don't give you any material benefit, you will continually lose your name,fame,social position,money and perhaps your family also and it is the KRSNA's gift to His devotees, but the question is that we are become so efficient to receive that gift of Lord? What your heart says:

Correct me if Im wrong. In BG the Supreme Lord Krishna said 'Declare this O Arjuna-One who surrenders me, I give him what he lacks, and I protect what he has'. So If we have our family, name, fame then why we fear...Krishna will protect us and our family. If we dont have some thing then Krishna will take care of that also.
Here Krishna told Arjuna to declare this(I think so) and as per Prabhupada, when Krishna promoises something he may break it, but when his devotees promise something on behalf of him he never breaks it...and thats why Krishna let Arjuna to promise on behalf of him.
Do you think the Pandavas lost their name,fame,social position, money, family...........or the loss was momentarily. Finally at the end of war they have the entire universe at their disposal.And who else do you think bigger devotees than Pandavas?

These are Krishna's gifts, true!
But His real gift is love for Himself. And love for Krishna one won't develop if one is attached to this world.
But we do not realize that truth and think that others things are gifts of Krishna and if we loose them it means Krishna is cruel with us.
Indeed only in that fallen, insignificant condition one will fully surrender to Krishna and will attract His mercy.
