Hare Krishna, dear devotees!! All glories to Srila Prabhupada !! We know that there are two entities, one is the individual soul, other is the Supreme soul which is omnipresent. It is due to the individual soul (kshetrajnana) that we are aware of the field of activities (kshetra) and this individual soul imaprts consciousness. Is the individual soul or jivatman present only in sentient beings like humans and animals or also in insentient objects. Is it that the insentient objects only have Supreme Soul and not the individual soul ??

There are five levels of consciousness:
1. avrta-cetana, covered consciousness – Trees, plants, creepers, Stones,mountains…
2. sankucita-cetana, contracted, shrunken consciousness – Aquatics, birds, beasts…
3. mukulita-cetana, budding consciousness – Only Human beings
4. vikacita-cetana, blossoming consciousness – Only Human beings
5. purna-vikacita-cetana, completely blossomed consciousness – Only Human beings
So few stones have consciousness but they are covered , they don't exhibit their consciousness like other levels.

Hare Krishna,mataji!!! This is truly a great realization by our spiritual master, Srila Prabhupada.
Yes,you are right, and the impersonal form is the lustre of the transcendental body of the Supersoul. But the impersonalists fail to capture the source of the lustre, that is the original personal aspect of Krishna. They think that it is this lustre which itself is the source.
Hare Krishna mataji!! The Supreme Personality of Godhead exists everywhere as Kshirodakasayi Vishnu(not as impersonal aspect), that is the Paramatman aspect as confirmed by Krishna in Gita---
viṣṭabhyāham idaḿ kṛtsnam
ekāḿśena sthito jagat
With a single fragment of Myself I pervade and support this entire universe.(The Supreme Lord is represented throughout the entire material universes by His entering into all things as the Supersoul. The Lord here tells Arjuna that there is no point in understanding how things exist in their separate opulence and grandeur. He should know that all things are existing due to Kṛṣṇa's entering them as Supersoul. From Brahmā, the most gigantic entity, on down to the smallest ant, all are existing because the Lord has entered each and all and is sustaining them.(It is not possible for the impersonal aspect to sustain)The Lord is all-pervading by the expansion of His partial representation, the Supersoul, who enters into everything that is.-Srila Prabhupada.)
The impersonal aspect is the bodily lustre of the transcendental body of Supersoul.Gyanis can reach only upto that effulgence and conclude that the world is pervaded by the impersonal aspect.

If Lord is in each atom in His Paramatma form it means He is there in impersonal form also. Because Paramatma has that effulgence coming out from Him, isn't it?!
Because somewhere in Bhagavad Gita Srila Prabhupada says for example, when impersonalist drinks water he tastes Krishna considering Krishna to be the taste of water but when Devotee drinks water he thanks Krishna for giving water.

the word "insentient" is itself translated as without no soul meaning without individual soul.
some addition for that Sudipta Roy Prabhu told:
for example, some jewelry stones like sapphire, Rubin ...may seem to us insentient but astrology says that they have individual souls because of that they influence human consciousness.
but here i also want to ask a question, please: Does Paramatma exist in each atom or Lord in His Impersonal form is in every atom? Somewhere i read that He exists everywhere in His impersonal form....

soul means who is conscious , who is aware, who is observer. Insentient objects generally means who are not conscious or not an observer. But there are many seemingly non-intelligent objects like some stones who possesses life or soul in it. just like earth posses soul, sun also. earth is the body of the presiding deity Bhu devi.
So there are certain non-sentient being which seemingly looks like matter but have life in it, but most of the inert matter in existence having Krishna as paramathma as their soul.
