A pure unalloyed devotee desires only service of the lord - not even that he should serve the lord in Goloka Vrindavan or in Navadwipa. Once one reaches Raganuga bhakti, it is is the bhaav of the devotee where he wants to go - depending on the bhaav cultivated, it could be either Goloka or Navadvipa.
