Please Accept My Humble Obeisances. All Glories to Our Beloved Srila Prabhupada, Lord Sri Gauranga, and devotees world-wide.Hare KrishnaI was reading that Lord Advaita Acarya was married to Srimati Sita-Thakurani. She was fortunate enough to treat Sriman Mahaprabhu as Her own Son!A question that also came to my mind is, since Lord Advaita Acarya is Sadasiva, does this mean that Srimati Sita-Thakurani is Mother Parvati? Please clear this up for me.Hoping this reaches all of my fellow Brothers & Sisters in Good Health.Hari BolYour Servant,David

    Hare Krsna,

There are some explanations given in different scriptures about the origin of Srimati Sita-Thakurani.

Nevertheless, the explanations are not in elaborate detail and differ a bit. I think that what we should remember is beyond these explanations, it is clear that Krsna incarnated as Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and came with his close associates from the spiritual world.

May everyone attain the mercy of Avaita Acarya, who is a simultaneous incarnation of Maha Visnu and Sadashiva. In the pastime of Sada Shiva, Goddess Parvati made a vow that if she ever got the Lord's Maha Prasad whe would distribute it to everyone in the entire universe. The Lord, Vishnu, explained to her, that He would incarnate in the Kali yuga as Caitanya Mahaprabhu and he and her husband would appear as Sita and Avaita Acarya. Thus she was able to fulfill this vow in that form and thought the great works of his divine grace A.C. BHaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada Ki Jaya!!!!! Let us all do some meial sevice in support of Srila Prabhupada and get that mercy of Avaita Acarya and Sita Thakurani

According to Gaura-Ganodesha-Dipika, Sri Sita Thakurani is Yogamaya. The Gaura-Parshada-Charitvali says that in Krishna Lila, she was Purnamasi, the mother of Sandipani Muni, grandmother of Madhumangal and Nandimukhi and a disciple of Narada Muni. (Gaura-Ganodesha-Dipika, however, says that Paurnamasi in Krishna-lila became Sri Govinda Acharya in Chaitanya lila.) Let's pray at her lotus feet to receive affection of Sri Gaura Sundara.
