Sri Bhagavan Uvacha Or Sri Krishna Uvacha

Hare Krishna ,

All glories To Srila Prabhupada,

Was going through Skand Puran ,saw at many places Sri Krishna Uvacha ,

similarily at some places Sri Bhagavan Uvacha ,

Please explain , the reson behind it .

Also tell for whom Ishwar Uvach is used ,

and how do we refer to Lord Vishnu when he speaks .

    You are so learned, Prabhuji! interested with all these details. 

    as i heard in Bhagavad Gita Krishna always was called as Bhagavan in order to show that He is the Supreme Personality of Godhead Source of All other Incarnations, Avatars...

    sometimes in Srimad Bhagavatam we can find that Lord Vishnu and Lord Narayana also referred as Bhagavan. In this way Vishnu is also Krishna.
