Hare Krishna,
I have one question but i will add another one that i'm interessing to know.
Is any possibility for a bhakti/bhaktin devotee fell inside the initiation name that person will have in the future?
And the secound question, how the Guru Maharaj find your initiation name? Any spiritual connection or something like that?
Thank you

Often the Guru asks the Sadhak, who he is attracted to, for example, Lord Caitanya, Lord Krishna, Lord Ram or any other 24 expansions of the Lord, for that matter.
Based on what you express, you will be given a name that includes your favorite Name of the Lord
For example, if you said Lord Rama, or Sita Ram, then you will be given a name "xxxxx Sita Ram Das"
xxxxx is chosen by Guru, making sure you have a unique? name in ISKCON.
This is my observation, on how H.H. Jaya Pataka Swami Maharaj gives spiritual names to his initiates.
Then their are other Gurus who will give a (fancy?) name, unique of course, that you would like to receive. Of course, only if he feels its appropriate !!
Hare Krsna Monica Mataji,
I do not understand the grammar of your first question.
So I will try to answer the other two.
As I have heard, over the years, Srila Prabhupada would choose a Spiritual Name that would begin with the same letter of the Bhakta's first name, which they received at birth, from their parents.
For example: George.. might become Giriraj das ; Stephan.. might become Sadaputa das ; etc..
Also, I gather that each Name is actually a Name for Sri Krsna (or in Vrnda/Vrnda dham), followed by the suffix devi dasi or das (servant of..)
There is a very important Spiritual Connection with your Spiritual Name.
Since it is a Name of Sri Krsna (or in His Vrnda dham), then, at the time of death, if all you can remember is your own name, it is one and the same with Krsna and His Pastimes,.. and you shall be delivered.
I remeber hearing from HDG's Disciples, that SP said that is why he gave a Name of Sri Krsna or His Vrnda dham.
It was asked before of Srila Prabhupada "why do we all have das or devi dasi at the end of our Spiritual Name?"
His reply was that it was to remind you constantly that your are are Servant of Lord Krishna.
humbly submitted from my meager knowledge.
I invite any of Srila Prabhupada's Disciples to correct me, as this was the limit of my experience.
