He appeared on Phalguna Purnima in 1486 CE. Please see en wiki page on Him for details. The main prophecy states:
pRthivI-parjanta jata Ache deza-grAma
sarvatra saJcAra hoibek mora nAma
"My name will be preached in all the countries and towns that exist throughout the world." (Caitanya-bhAgavata, Antya 4.126)

There's a talk about 10 000 years but I haven't seen a sastra ref.

This is not stated and likely will not happen. There will always be some people in remote places like jungles etc. who will not be 1. informed and 2. able to chant.
