What happens to Shree Radharani when Lord Krishna leaves Vrindavan and after he marries 16008 princesses? Does Shree Radha get married too to someone else? Could someone also enlighten me on how Lord Krishna as well as Shree Radharani take leave or depart from the earth after accomplishing Their respective divinely destined missions.

Please never think like that, do not feel that way. Radha and Krishna are always together, they are always with each other in vrindavan and their lilas (divine play) are incessant, are on spiritual plane. They are "Do tan ek Pran" they can never be away from each other.
Yes this is a complicated subject, 'cos it is divine, we human beings will always think, why he left her, and why he would let her marry someone else and so much other stuff, but that is the limitation of our human conditioned mind, who can think only worldly things.
We should always pray to Krishna so we can understand that divine love. Hari Bol !
