The four regulative principles include not drinking tea, coffee etc. But our relatives (those who are not devotees of Lord Krishna) such as our parents or in-laws may expect from us that we make tea or coffee for them. I once tried making herbal tea and they did take it but after few minutes they needed to drink the usual tea, and I felt bad that I did not make it for them. They understand but I still feel guilty, and I don't want to, but at the same time I don't want to break any rules either. What is the most practical thing to do in such situations? I tried finding videos online but could not find any, either ISKCON or non-ISKCON (other Vaishnav sampradayas).
Also, can we use garlic in mustard oil for body massage?

Hare Krishna,
Tell your relatives before itself that they cannot have tea, coffee in ur house. If they wish to drink ask them to get it in a thermos flask from next time.
