Hare krishna devotees, Glories to Srila Prabhupada 

Sorry devotees I have a out of books question, I was harrased and bullied by a guy in school, due to which I have anxiety thoughts related to him, and I was in depression because of him,should I block him on social media or let him be unblocked, actually my question is that should we have zero ego or little bit ego for ourselves as blocking someone is also a part of ego. Saints and devotees say that zero ego leads to liberation and forgive every person who hurt you but if I unblock my bully, it decreases my self respect and confidence and if I block him, it increases hatred in my heart. What will Lord Krishna advice me and how can I move forward?? Lord krishna devotees are themselves part of sri krsna so that's my I am asking for advice.
