Serving Prasadam to Maharaj and other great devotees

Hare Krsna!

Please accept my humble obeisances .

All glories to Srila Prabhupad.


Due to the blessings of the Vaishnavas and my Shiksha Gurus, we have got this rare opportunity to serve Prasadam to Shriman Sankarshan Das Adhikari Maharaj and Vishupriya Mataji. I had a doubt related to the same.


Normally, in past, I never tasted the prasadam before offering to any devotees. Is it advisable to taste it before we serve them coz we dont want to offer any thing very spicy or less in salt? I want to know the etiquette. 

Please advice.

    As a matter of service after offering Prasadam to Krishna one Devotee can check the taste of the food. If there is enough salt and all...

    this one we do not for sense enjoyment but for the better service.

    So it is very nice.
