We often come across situation's when we tell other person we are not this body ,but we are spirit soul .

Now the problem is that what we say , have not been applied by us in full faith and practice of spiritual life .

Don't you think it is very easy to say to ourself or to other person that we are soul not this body

but when it come's to accepting it without even a minute doubt we reject it internally ?

How can we all be firm in conviction that we all are spirit soul and can practice Spiritual life without agitating our mind ?
