From which ways she maintain us with her mercy?

Srimati Radharani is the eternal consort of Lord Krishna and is also the expansion of the supreme, Krishna is energitic and radharani is the energy. Radharani is also Krishna, for there is no difference between the energy and the energetic. Without energy, there is no meaning to the energetic, and without the energetic, there is no energy. Similarly, without Radha there is no meaning to Krishna, and without Krishna, there is no meaning to Radha.
Srimati Radharani is the mother of the universe, the spiritual mother of all souls. And the concept of mother is the most sacred symbol-that of purity, selflessness, caring, sharing, nurturing, and love.
It is said, when Krishna hears the word ra from a devotee He start hankering after him and if the devotee utters radha, then Krishna takes all his responsibilities (I'm unable to mention the source of this information, but I read it somewhere). So for attaining Krishna's mercy we need to attain Srimati Radharani's mercy.

This jiva-bhuta or living entities belong to the spiritual prakrti , we are expansion of spiritual prakrti or Srimati Radharani. Just like Srimati Radharani is always engaged in the service of the Lord, anaradhyate. Aradhyate, it is Radharani. The Radharani, the name has come from the word aradhyate. Aradhana, aradhana means worshiping. So everyone is meant, beginning from Radharani, and we being expansion of the spiritual Radharani, our duty is to serve Radharani, and through Radharani to serve Krsna. This is Krsna consciousness movement.
