Hare Krishna Dandwat pranam
All glories to Srila Prabhupada,
Actually I have observed that whenever there is a gathering let it be friends gathering or family or cousins gathering, we all tend to talk "random" after meeting from long time. While having chit chat (which is random or career based or having jokes or fun) that time I tend to enjoy it, but soon after the gathering comes to end, I tend to feel so so regretful. Regret of talking too much random (and that too without discussing about Krishna) I feel separate out and regret of talking too much though at that time I enjoy the chit chat. I feel that while chit chat I didn't even taught anything about Krishna and was simply enjoying the talk and that hurts more.
But meeting cousins after long time tend to involve us in chit chats and also we cannot avoid them, but I even enjoy chit chatting and immediately also feel regret after the event. I tried 2 - 3 times to control this but I seen no change.
Plz guide me what shall I do in this situation, I also don't want to feel separated from the group and at the same time stick my consciousness towards Krishna in any circumstances and also I don't want that regret. Plz guide me

Hare Krishna,
Being forgettful about Krishna is not to be done. It is your fault that you are unable to bring Krishna into the conversations. If you are a KC person that means : you are conscious of Krishna's presence everywhere. When you are with your friends or family.. You know that Krishna is always with us sitting in our heart as Parmatma.. how can you even forget ? Realize that He is present with you around you all the time.
So, tips to be not forgetful of krishna when you with a group of relatives or cousins or friends who are more interested in talking mateiral stuff.
As soon as you find such group.
1. Greet them : Hare Krishna ( you are instantly reminded that you are Krishna devotee.
2. Wear something like a tilak or tulasi mala or even a small Krishna bracelet or some charm of Krishna's flute or Chandan perfume. : Atleast one will notice and ask what is this ? * Instantly reminded of Krishna*
3. While they are chit chatting about career: Say If there is Krishna's will... surely I will get some job. * all might look at as a fool but you are reminded of Krishna*
4. Some words of theirs like " yellow, blue or some things like yaar - google mein apply kiya..get reminded of pecock then from there Krishna.
5. Your phone screenscaver if it has Krishna's pic .. look at that for a second in between the talks.. get reminded of Krishna.
6. In between the talks also constantly say... Krishna will do it .. Krishna will make it possible.. Krishna will surely help me.. like these words.
7. If they are joking.. laugh and in the back of the mind get reminded oh ya when krishna was stealing butter his friends teased him ... "gopi aarahi danda leke.. Krishna bhaago". Krishna was climbng down and running also.......it will surely make you laugh..
8. When new person enters the conversation.. Immediately greet him Hare Krishna.
9. When someone is talking blah blah blah ( material stuff) stay quiet and silent don't hastily jump into conversation. Give some time before you talk. In the mean time chant 1-2 times hare krishna mahamantra offer mentally prayer and then begin chatting. With this you will notice that you are reminded of Krishna before and you joke too laugh too with them but now you jokes are not vulgar and dirty anymore.
10. If they are talking blah blah blah about career. Say.. thats nice I would also love to make a great career.. But then As per Bhagvad gita.. Krishna says.. If you do your karma without expecting much about the results that which has to come to you will come to you without fail. Instantly you have related to BG and Krishna came into vision.. You also preached them.. They will also say.. How did you know all this... oh ya now you begin preaching.. chalo aajao kal mai Hare Krishna temple gaya tha wahan This so and so prabhu ji told me.. hogaya material conversation ka end. Now spirutual discussion topic changed.
