Regarding Onion and Garlic eating

My Humble Obeisances to All of You... Srila Prabhupad ki Jai....Srila Gurudev ki Jai...

I have a small but important question. I want to know if somebody eating Onion and Garlic, can He/She wear Tulsi Mala or not..

    HE/SHE CAN WEAR TULASI MALA BUT HE/SHE  HAVE TO LEAVE ONION N GARLIC TO BE A DEVOTEE BCZ  ONION AND GARLIC INCREASES ANGER IN ONES BODY
