as mataji told it comes from Lord Chaitanya..
But, it happens automatically when one is in love with Krishna and His holy names.
Our Lord shree krishna chaitnya mahaprabhu was first who was in this so much ecstatic love.
so just chant chant and chant
hare krishna hare krishna
krishna krishna hare hare
hare rama hare rama
rama rama hare hare
Lord Chaitanya is an example.
