Even Devtas are bound by the law of cause and effect (karma). Although they live in Svargloka (heavenly world), they are not eternal. When their merits are exhausted, they too have to be reborn. Block Blast

My replies:
It is generally seen that some devotees take diksha from some other guru subsequently take diksha in ISKCON. THat is permitted. If some guru of ISKCON left his body, then his disciples are not taking diksha from anyone else. In ISKCON, only someone authorised by GBC (Governing Body Council) can give diksha.
2. Was Lord Hanuman avatar of Lord Shiva or Lord Mukhyaprana Vayu as mentioned in many scriptures and did Lord Shiva drink poison or Lord Mukhyaprana Vayu as mentioned in Vedas
I am aware of Lord Shiva only. Have not heard of Lord Mukhyaprana Vayu. Cannot comment.
3. In Srimad Bhagavatam there is a mention of the hierachy of expansion of Supreme Lord krishna And so in there where do Lord Sadashiv, Maa Adishakti, Lord MahaGanapati, Lord AadiSkanda and many more are considered supreme in their respective sects so where do they lie in this hierachy
Supreme Lord has demigods who help Him in governing the material world. You would have read about the 3 Maha VIshnus - from the pores of Karanodakshayi Vishnu, one universe is getting generated every second. The lord then enters each universe in the form of Garbodhakshayi Vishnu. From the navel of Garbodhakshayi Vishnu, lotus comes, on that Brahma is born. Brahma is in charge of mode of goodness and is entrusted with creation. Brahma then creates the entire universe, all living entities. Lord Shiva comes from spiritual world, as a creation of Brahma, and he is in charge of of the mode of ignorance and Destruction. Lord Shiva's wife is Sati/ Parvati. Parvati's sons are Kartikeya, Ganesh. You can decide for yourself who is supreme.
4. Difference between Para Shiva, Sakshat Shiva and Sadashiv, Rudra and who is supreme among them and identical to Lord Krishna and how do they fit in the above hierachy.
I am not the right person to answer this question. What I know is Shivji is param vaishnav, as mentioned in Srimad Bhagawatam.
5. If Lord Krishna is supreme then why is he considered avatar of Lord Vishnu
Krishna is avatari. He is the original person, the adi purusha. He descends once in a day of Brahma as Himself. In the other yugas in the day of Brahma, avatars of Vishnu come, including Keshava, Madhav and other names of Krishna. That is the reason for this confusion. We follow Lord Brahma, who is the creator, and has mentioned in his Brahman Samhita that Krsna is Adi purusha, the supreme personality of godhead.
6. Who is consort of Lord Parashakti or Maa Adishakti
She is the form of Durga/ Parvati. She is wife of Lord Shiva. She is Durga - the incharge of Durg (fort) called material world.
7. What yuga is in Svargloka, Satyaloka and other lokas
the 14 planetary systems are 1 universe. It is not mentioned in scriptures that the other lokas/ planetary systems also experience different yugas.
8. Where did Samudra Manthan take place
It took place in Kshirsagar, ocean of milk.
9. Did all asuras only spread terror on Earth planet or on other lokas/ planets too
Depends on the asura - Ravan had captured the nava grahas, so definitely he had invaded swarga lok also. Similarly Hiranyakasipu had stopped worship of Vishnu.
10. Where were asuras like Mahisashur, Tarkasur, Raktabeej killed and where did Maa Kali, Maa Durga, Maa Lakshmi got manifested
I am sure there would be different places, some are known to us today, knowledge of some are lost. Ma Lakshmi came from Samudra manthan, Maa Kali and Maa Durga are forms of Goddess Parvati.
11. Devtas are a different and superior species like humans so they can take part in past times of Lord and pratyaksha darshan of Lord then why not humans.
When a jivatma is a devotee and wants to serve the lord in the capacity of taking care of material world, then he is made a demigod. Thats why they are superior to human beings. But they cannot take part in lord's pastimes at will. For example, even Goddess Lakshmi was not allowed entry into Raas lilla pastime of the lord. Lord Shiva also attempted to attend the Raas Lila of the lord in saree. Devatas cannot see the lord at will, that understanding is not correct.
12. How do Devtas attain moksha and how are there asuras even in Svargloka where there is no sadness and are there asuras in Vaikuntha Loka also.
There is a difference between swargalok and Vaikuntha lok. Swarga is very much part of material world, part of 14 planetary systems comprising one universe. Vaikuntha lok, on hte other hand, is the spiritual world, beyond the material world. There are no asuras in Vaikuntha.
In swarga, if any demon captures, then he will be in swarga, right?
I hope I have been able to answer your questions.

Q12 How do Devatas attain Moksha
Hare Krsna Prabhuji,
PAMHO.
Yes, I had missed replying to this part - How do Devatas attain Moksha
Ans: Devatas are also jiva tattva. Same rule applies as mentioned in CH 8 of Gita. Whatever one remembers at the time of death, that yoni they go to. That loka they attain.
So depending on what the respective devata is thinking at the time of leaving the body, he will get that life form in next birth.
