Purushottam maas

Hare KrishnaAs we all know,Purushottam maas is going to start from 17th of june. Is it mandatory to fast everyday? What are the do's and dont's? Can we cut our hair during this time? Is physical relationship with spouse prohibitted? The month ends on 16th july. How do we break the fast? I would be grateful to other devotees if they could clear my doubt.
