i have heard pure devotees can liberate ghosts and evil spirits by just chanting. like Srila Bhaktivinod thakur liberrated a ghost so can anyone tell me where i can find a pure devotee who can ward off the evil spirits possessing me. can these spirits be liberated by the pure devotees?

You can download Prabhupad's Hare Krishna kirtan or japa. Its pure chanting. You'll get that chanting box from ISKCON temples. Keep it playing in the house or where ever you're living 24 hours a day. Still ghost problem is not solved, it's just illusion. You just have to consult a psychiatrist. Some people have problem like this because they must have experienced some bad things which might have triggered this in your mind. Mind can cheat us in many ways.

I don't know , are you seriously possesed by ghost or not? As I read your such question earlier to which One devotee Shri Rashmiji replied that you every time keep asking this question.
If you are really possesed by ghost, I will recommend you to go SHRI KASTHABHANJANDEV TEMPLE, SARANGPUR, GUJARAT. It is worldwide famous for its power to solve such problems. It was established by Shri Gopalanand swami who was ardent devotee of Lord Swaminarayan who is another form of lord krishna. This temple had been established by such great vaishnavas who were parshad of Lord Swaminarayan. On the call of Shri Gopalanand swami lord Hanuman came there and sat in idol which is unique in itself. You will never find such idol of Hanumanji anywhere in the world which is laughing. My humble request is to you to visit this temple. It is not superstition as you will find many temples claiming to solve such problems but most of them are just marketing of some selfish people to make fool others and to earn from them and this temple doesn't charge single rupee from you. Its all power and effect I can't describe here. Just believe Lord Hanuman is himself seating there as he promised to Shri Gopalanand swami .
You will need to take pass before seating in that ceremony where people who are possesed by ghost are treated in front of the idol of Hanumanji.
