I've one friend who is little frustrated with her life. She thinks that to take birth as a female is a curse. It is very hard to maintain spiritual life for women. They have a very hard life. It is very hard to live in
this world by taking birth as a woman.
I make her understand that the female are superiors to man. Their quality is so pure, females are so humble. Their quality resembles to a pure devotee. But it is hard for me to preach her about the advantages of being a woman.
Please please help me to guide her, how can I make her feel that woman life is very much pious, and loving to krishna. How are women superiors to man?? What have sashtras commented on their humbleness, womanly nature, please guide me.

hare krishna dandavat pranam pamho agtsp women is also so blessed she can also approach krishna more than a man within her heart . as gopis also took woman bodies to be always with krishna . so if we are pure in our heart then we can pray to him to be always with him . this is my opinion hari bol

To take birth itself is a curse- isnt it? doesn't matter which body - man or woman.Only Krishna knows how many births we have taken- sometimes as a male and sometimes female. Actually Krishna is the only Purusha and rest everybody else is Prakruti.
But being born as a human being is also a great boon provided we realize the purpose of this life- to go back- back to Godhead ! As Maral mtji pointed out there is no point in lamenting about being born as a women- rejoice that you have been given this life with true knowledge and an opportunity to come out of the miserable cycle of birth and death.
Agreed-Being born as a woman does have its own advantages and disadvantages.We have certain roles and responsibilities based on our body but we have to live with it. we all face challenges in our spiritual life- irrespective of gender.Difficulties in general are a result of our karma-not our gender.
I heard in a lecture that the hardships you face indicates Krishna is testing your determination.The best way out is to surrender to Krishna. It also means that Krishna really wants you back.
Plz dont analyse who is superior- In Kali Yuga everyone is a shudra.But being a devotee is definitely something rare and precious.Plz read teachings of Queen Kunti- prime example of a great woman devotee who faced immense difficulties in her life.

no time for lamenting.
It so happened we took birth in this woman body because of our sinful desires so we should be patient and just chant the Holy Names.
So is it difficult to chant the Holy Names? Just sitting and chanting. No need to have strong body, money, etc just chanting.
So let's not lament but accept our fallen condition and just move forward. What will solve only lamenting???? Nothing! Only depression. Better read books of Srila Prabhupada, tolerate pains which brings this body and within few years - 70-100 years leave this body and go back Home.
So is it difficult?
No need to study this body that body is superior this body is superior no need. No time.
