Hare Krishna.
My home is situated more or less 50 Km’s far from my office and I commute everyday from home to office and office to home via Metro train and it takes me 2 hours for one sided journey. Please suggest me ways that how can I utilize that time in Devotion to Krishna. Also please suggest if I can chant inside metro train since the time is 6:00 AM which is the time of Mode of goodness.

You can chant, read Sp books, hear lectures,distribute SP books, Preach to people around you in the train ..etc etc.
While travelling, i always carry a earplug to plug my ears during chanting so that outside sound does not disturb me, If you want you can also do the same.

You are very fortunate, You have so much free time while You are traveling in the train. i guess You use Mumbai trains?! i also used them they are very clean, calm not like buses, and bright. and in the early mornings not so crowded.
i like yatras why, because that time where ever we go we carry our bead bags and chant the Holy Names. And if You chant in the train at the same time You preach by Your example others, and use Your time properly.
or else You can listen lectures.
or else read books, but i prefer to read books loudly because of that in the train prefer to listen and chant and read at home.
Decide Your self, what is better for Your condition.
but when i chant in a places where is too much sound i use ear closers in order to hear my own voice. It is important.
