Srimad Bhagavatam 6.2.14: One who chants the holy name of the Lord is immediately freed from the reactions of unlimited sins, even if he chants indirectly [to indicate something else], jokingly, for musical entertainment, or even neglectfully. This is accepted by all the learned scholars of the scriptures.
*Effects of Chanting Constantly*
Let people chant the Hare Krsna mantra constantly. Then their demoniac tendencies will be killed, and they will become first-class devotees, happy in this life and in the next.

What care and caution is to be taken while executing devotional service ?
While executing devotional service, we should execute the service in the mood of serving the lord or His devotees, with the intention of pleasing the object of our service, without any expectations in return. This mood is developed by rendering service, whereas service comes our way when we are in this mood. Like everything else in spirituality, one thing cultivates the other.
How to take care of even the smallest tinge of uncontrolled desires ? Kadamba Kanana Swami Maharaj gives the example of enthusiasm as the air in the tyres of a car. Desires will always be there. We cannot wish away desires. We have to learn to dovetail our desires in the service of the lord. What to speak of smallest tinge, even the greatest tempest of desires can be controlled by following 4 regulative principles and chanting 16 attentive rounds strictly.
What does the example of Dhruva Maharaj teach us ?
Dhruv Maharaj example teaches us a lot of things. For instance, even for material desires, we should approach only the Supreme Lord. The biggest advantage of approaching the Supreme Lord is - He is the highest authority, there is nothing He cannot grant. Second, our material desire disappears as a result of our sadhana, we become purified and devotees. Thirdly, Lord not only purifies us, He gives us much more than what we set out to achieve.
What is Harinaam ? (Aprakrita Chaitanya Rasa)
Harinaam is lord in the form of His name. The name of the lord is more powerful than the lord Himself. There is a bhajan also - tuma sthane aparadhe, tare harinaam, harinaame aparadhe ke tare....something like that. The name is non different from the Lord.
Who is Brahma Bhoota Prasannatma according to Bhagavad Gita and Lord Krishna ?
'It is mentioned in the same shloka - na socati na kankshati - one who neither laments nor hankers - such a person is brahmabhoot prasannatma - always happy and situated in Brahman.
Bilva Mangal Thakura says that liberation is secondary, primary is devotion. Explain.
Liberation means merging into the impersonal Brahmajyoti, devotion is rendering unlimited devotional service to the lord. In liberation, there is no rasa, no feeling, no emotion, nothing. It is voidism. The thing is, the soul still has a form, what will the soul do - without any relation to feeling, emotion, rasa. Eventually the soul will desire and fall back onto the material platform. Devotional service, however, has a lot of rasa, relationship with lord and fellow devotees. Only pure souls are allowed back into the spiritual world, alongwith all the rasa. So there is no desire to go back to the material world, and there is a lot of enjoyment in the emotions, service, relationship with the lord. That is why devotional service is considered superior to liberation.

Haribol,

One is purified from many sins by chanting or singing holy names of Lord, but offence to Lord and His divine devotees cant be neutralized on that way.
By the way, if devotee is unable to remember Lord at the time of death, one may get opportunity in next life, or in the life after next.
