What ever you are doing is Krishna service. You are working for the sake of Krishna while others are working to gratify their senses. Whatever fruits you are going to get out of work you are going to offer it to Krishna. While some of your colleagues are stealing your work and whatever fruits they are getting out of your work they are using it for sense gratification. Thus they are stealing fruits which is supposed to be used in Krishna service (your work) and using it for gratifying their senses. So now it you your duty to make sure that the fruits of your work are used in Krishna's service only. Or in other words you are fighting for the sake of Krishna for returning back Krishna's property to be used in service of Krishna. Thus yourself protecting your fruits of your work from others stealing it is just fighting for the sake of Krishna. Make a complaint to your higher ups.
I worked in a different institution initially where the same thing happened to me. I made a complaint to my higher ups and in a department meeting my higher ups made clear who completed the work.

You have to ensure that people do not use your work and present it as theirs. How you do it - that you have to decide. YOu must bring it to the notice of your higher ups what is happening. The way you do it is completely non malicious - you do it with the intention of protecting yourself and improving others. YOu do not have to share your work with these people without marking a copy to the superiors so that they know it originated from you.
