Harekrishna. Dandabat pranam. There r most speculation regarding deity worship. Some where it written incense should be offerd 7 times whole body. But in book followed by iskcon, the PANCHA RATRA PRADIP it is written 4 times lotus feet, 2 times naval, 7 times body. Which is perfect? Plz guid me.

No need for confusion. You have mentioned that ISKCON says incense should be offered 4,2,7 times. SOmewhere else it is mentioned only 7 times. Where is this somewhere else?
ISKCON follows pancha ratrika method of deity worship. There is an entire chapter in SB on this form of deity worship. Please go through it.
Perfect is that method which is done from heart - where the heart is offered and incense is just symbolic.
