i try not to eat grains even cooked by those who do not chant 16 rounds what to speak of outside food?! Where we do not know how do they cook: taste it million times, do not wash properly, put too much oil or cook it without any love to God and attention...
When i eat dirty food i feel that my consciousness became dirty and i suffer. Mentally both spiritually. Senses become strong and material desires increase. Because of that better not to eat anything rather than eating outside food.
Or to eat only fruits and dairy products.
Better to be hungry really...
