Is the spiritual identity/body in relationship with Sri Sri Radha and Krsna is fixed,
unchanged in the spiritual realm like Goloka Vrndavan, or after attaining the spiritual
body can it change?

Lord Shiva changed his svarupa to a gopi after a lot of tapasya and he was given a gopi form as the watchman of the rasa dance. This pastime you can find in Bhagavatam, I heard this also from devotees...

Krishna consciousness is Dynamic so mellow keeps increasing no one wishes to evolve such as tree to animal and to sakhi
everyone is thinking about krishna and not ownself.
we r like glasses (anu or atoms) and krishna (vibhu or endless) is like ocean , how much we can hold and experience.

Hare Krsna! Dear Nilesh, thank you for your answer. Yes, this selflessness isn't it a wonderful virtue which we should definetely cultivate very profoundly for Sri Sri Radha and Krsna before we left this body.

my humble obeisances dear Devotees,
may be rasa might not be changed but body type might be changed according to the desire of a Devotee.
For example, Lord Balarama becomes Lord Krishna's towel, and all other paraphernalia in order to serve to Him.
And in spiritual world there are Kalpa Vriksha Trees - Desire Trees. They can fulfill any desires. If we desire to serve to Krishna in other forms They can fulfill our desires. But the main rasa will remain as it is.
And also Devotee will have quality of expanding himself up to 9 expansions.

humble obeisances
The original eternal svarupa in the eternal abode is GENERALLY FIXED but if the living entity wills, Krsna will give another svarupa in another Bhava, cuz there is complete freedom in spiritual abode in regards to how the living entity wants to serve Krsna. KRSNA loves all of them equally, it is just that some Rasas have other Rasas included in them and hence the surrender type is different, though in both the Rasas, the living entities are pure completely.
