In the Gita
यदा यदा हि धर्मस्य ग्लानिर्भवति भारत |
अभ्युत्थानमधर्मस्य तदात्मानं सृजाम्यहम् || 7||
BG 4.7: Whenever there is a decline in righteousness and an increase in unrighteousness, O Arjun, at that time I manifest myself on earth.
In the event that the Lord does fulfill that promise, Why would we then discourage people from worshiping that Manifestation - As in the case of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. (as in the case of the brother who came from the Sai fold and also chanted the Mahamantra)

Comparing chants Ha'ray Krishna haray Rahmah. To others Krishna's army is pre-assimbald we're not really recruiting memberships anymore. So presenting the science & art of Darma" i.e. compulsory duties and responsibility s to Respect ( Honor God & Hi's creatiin(s) daily! ?

Question not understood - where it is written that Sri Sathya Sai Baba is a manifestation of the lord? Which scripture? And which brother? Anyone who chants the mahamantra (anyone can chant, no qualifications required) will certainly get the benefit of chanting, even if it is accidental.

Sometimes, it's not needed that whenever god incarnates, it should be written.....
the good example is Shiridi Sai Baba- He is worshipped so much by the devotees that The Temple of Shirdi Saibaba is the wealthiest temples of world and the third richest temple in the country after Padmanabha Swamy temple and Tirupati Balaji Venkateswara temple.
Riches dont make one God. Then the Bill Gates and Warren Buffets of the world would be God.
And where it is mentioned, by which authority, that Sometimes, it's not needed that whenever god incarnates, it should be written....
God is not our mental concoction - everyone is following, there is so much money involved, so he must be God. He is not so cheap.
It is necessarily mentioned when God will appear, who will be His parents, what will be His activities in that pastime, so that people dont get misled by things like followers and wealth. There are enough ways to dupe people in this world anyways. That is the reason we follow authority - our authority is guru, sadhu and shastra. Our guru is in parampara, traceable right upto Brahma, our shastra is Srimad Bhagawatam and Bhagawad Gita, about the lord and spoken by the lord respectively.
Future prediction of avatar is mentioned clearly. SB mentions Buddha, Chanakya, symptoms of Kaliyuga, Kalki avatar. It does not mention Shri Satya Sai Baba or Shirdi Sai Baba.

I m not talking about Avatars.......the 'word' which most probably used for Lord Vishnu
I m talking about that Supreme God's leela of sending spiritual souls in the world.....
for example : Chaitnya Mahaprabhuji , Guru Nanak Ji , Jesus Christ , Shirdi Sai Baba and so many other spiritual saints and Gurus.
if we follow the guidance given by these spiritual souls in exact manner, we can easily get rid out of the cycle of life and death....
This's all I m talking about....whether we worship them by making their temple or make other true spiritual Gurus......we can achieve easily the God's abode...and
money doesn't matter in this case.....Every temple has its own exact reason why it's so rich..
You and I are also spiritual souls prabhuji. Whether supreme lord sent us or we came out of our own, is a matter of interpretation.
Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is God Himself in devotee form.
Guru Nanak is a devotee, Jesus Christ is son of God, Shirdi Sai Baba is a devotee - all empowered souls. The idea is pick up one and follow that person with full heart and soul, having full respect for the others. Then one can make spiritual progress. Whether by following one, one can reach God's abode is dependent on whom one is following. Not necessary that all will land up in God's abode.
Bahunam Janmanamante Gyanwan maan prapadyate.... it may take several lifetimes, still it is better than someone who has not embarked on this journey at all.
One more thing, India is the land of Spiritual Gurus and Saints......
now if i start to apply BG 4.7, then i will find thousands of Gurus......and
many are those hidden Gurus and Saints who don't want to reveal themselves to the world
even after achieving the Supreme Consciousness of परब्रह्म..
Of Course , Anyone can worship !!!! but the need is Belief...need is true Bhava...and most importantly need is someone whom anybody worshipping should have high enough the conciousness of God...In our sacred land and in scriptures,it's said well knowingly
