From your question, you sound like a neophyte. If you were an advanced devotee, you would know better not to go after offenders and people not interested in Krishna.
A neophyte must be careful not to associated with materialistic people. They should try to get devotee association, pure devotee is hard to find, but at least people who are sincerely following the regulative principles, not associating with mayavadis, people who are performing Sankirtana, 16 rounds of attentive japa (yes avoid inattentive chanters :)
If you go after trying to get them on track, you will get off track. Firstly, they are more in numbers. Maya is strong and maya will suck you in, just like she did to them. Avoid them. Save yourself first!!!!!! Haribol
