Should we offer normal ekadashi bhog(non grain bhog) to Guru & Gaurang on this Nirjala Ekadashi?
Or should we offer the bhog to Radha Krishna only?

we should not offer grainy foods to Sri Sri Goura Nitay but only to Sri Sri Radha Krishna. Because Lord Goura came in the role of a Devotee and we have to honor His this Form.
Usually in our Temple we would offer only Ekadashi food. Even on Nirjala Ekadashi we have to offer but Ekadashi food.

Generally we offer non grain items only, as I have seen devotees staying with me do this.we can offer grain items also but we should nt take it till the next day.

Ekadashi is observed only by humans, not their lordships. You can offer them bhog made of grains also, but you can consume it only the next day. Since it is nirjal ekadashi, there should not be any doubt on what you can take or not .... Your servant - K.A.Prabbu
