Hare Krsna! I read somewhere that when offering Krsna flowers, incense, ghee flame and water you should say please except my humble offering, then only need to say the Prabhupada mantra, Lord Caitanya and Krsna mantra once. Then say the punch tattva mantra once then chant the Maha mantra three times. Is this way of offering ok for beginners? Thanks! Hare Krsna!

PAMHO.
Typically all these items like incense, flowers, ghee lamp, water are offered at the time of arati. Meaning, these are part of the arati process. So what we sing is the respective arati song depending on the time of arati. All aratis have Srila Prabhupada pranam mantra, Pancha Tattva pranam mantra and Hare Krsna Mahamantra by default.
IN case you do not know how to sing the arati song, simply sing Srila Prabhupada pranam mantra, Pancha Tattva pranam mantra and Hare Krsna Mahamantra.
Arati is always supposed to be done in a prayerful submissive mood. Human beings are fallible, suseptible to mistakes. So we always ask for forgiveness and pray that our offering is accepted.
