    Hare Krsna Nikhil prabhuji,

    PAMHO.

Whatever standard of offering bhoga you set in your house for your deities, is what you have to always follow. If you are in a position to offer bhoga thrice in a day, please do so. The idea is that whatever we eat is only prasadam. It is cooked only for Krsna. There should be no onion garlic in the kitchen at all, ideally. If you are cooking once in a day, and eating that food only the whole day, then offer the entire food at the time it is cooked itself. Food should be offered within 3 hours of cooking, otherwise it becomes unfit for offering. Offered food can be kept and consumed after three hours also, because the food is already Krsna prasadam.

The standard of offering bhoga is mentioned in the beginner's guide. Please follow that.

    Your servant,

    Rashmi
