I would like to ask some question about one of the 4 regulative principals. In this case: No gambling.
I frequently see in facebook some devotees, sometimes with there own business saying " chance to win Skirt / chance to win tickets / ... ".
And some devotes even replay and Like pages and do all the steps that the " chance to win something" say.
Its now that a type of gambling? Or i'm understend incorrectly this point?

If is chance to win for free, without risking anything , than its not gambling,
on another side, if you risking money or something ,in a chance to win ,than its gambling.
