Hare krishna. i was very depressed and sad then i start chanting hare krishna japa i am doin one round yet.now i am very clam and relex but lots of negetive thoughts coming in my mind which is make me very guilt can anyone tell how i can rid of these thoughts.Hari bol!

You should slowly increase your rounds so that you get a sense of satisfaction.Try to increase your rounds to 4 it hardly takes about 30 min.
While chanting focus on hearing each word of the mantra so that your mind does not wander.At other times when negative taughts come to your mind replace it with a happy / Joyful Taught.
